CAS and China Meteorological Administration (CMA) will carry out comprehensive cooperation on S&T research, resource sharing and talent training. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by CAS Executive Vice President BAI Chunli and the head of CMA ZHENG Guoguang on 11 December in Beijing.
